I mentioned a few days ago that I was thinking about running Hot Chocolate 5K in February. After seeing a news story about what happen to the race in Washington DC I'm really starting to thing about finding a different 5K. When I first looked at the Hot Chocolate race website they didn't have the course information. The course is up now and most of the 5K is running in the neighborhood around fair park. I'm officially over this race. I'm glad that I didn't sign up for it during the expo for the White Rock Marathon.
In other news, my friend Korri came over today to hang out and to treat me and the boys to lunch. We discussed having something delivered but I suggested going to McDonald's. I had a coupon and it is the kids favorite place to eat.
